Monster N-Tune Review and Giveway

With three little boys I have a lot of things: toy monster trucks, foam darts, super hero books, all of which get spread around the house; and most of which are missing wheels, tips, and pages.  My husband and I have discussed on more than one occasion that nice things will have to wait until our children are older.

Kids break things.  Despite the numerous lectures on how we don't eat outside of the kitchen, the leather sofa still ends up coated in peanut butter. Pennies are inserted into the optical drive of the computer, and beds are jumped on.

It's hard to spend money on nice things, when you know that they will be subject to sticky little hands of  destruction.

When I had a chance to test out Monster's N-Tune headphones, I was excited.  A nice new toy for me, but how was I going to hide them from my children?  I hid the shipping box, and didn't pull it out until nap time. Well, it turns out there was no reason to hide the box, or the headphones. These beautiful bad boys were made to withstand my little (sweet) bad boys.

I was immediately impressed with how well made the head phones were.  Not only were they comfortable, but everything seemed to be securely in place.   No flimsy pieces of plastic here, but instead flexible and well constructed Candy Grape Purple goodness. Twist the center piece, no problem.  These headphones were made to survive a bit of normal every day use, which includes being grabbed and thrown around a bit by a toddler or two.

With noise-isolation design, these headphones do an excellent job at reducing background noise.  Which means that when I need an escape, I can escape the sound of noisy toy helicopters and enjoy a  bit more of my favorite music.

It's nice to add a quality product to my little collection of toys.  Something that works great, sounds great, feels great on my big old head, and will last me more than two weeks. The pretty packaging, thoughtful cleaning cloth, and fun color, are all bonuses to an already great product.  I look forward to using these headphones, and maybe even sharing then with my little boys, for a long time to come.

If I was giving these to my husband I would get red. But if I was keeping them I would get the green or purple ones.
Those look so cool, my kids, with some help from my husband, broke my last pair of headphones.

Absolutely the purple one. I love music and I love purple, so the 2 of them together would really be fun.

I absolutely adore these headphones! I tried them out at Wal-Mart they other day and fell in love. Unfortunately, I'm broke and cannot afford them. They would be perfect not only for listening to music, but also for my schooling, as I am taking online classes which involves a lot of video lectures. The noise isolation would be an excellent feature to have while trying to study in a house full of people. If I had to choose, I think I'd have to go with the candy purple color. It's so vibrant!
Great review of a great product!
